[redacted] To Whom It May Concern: In response to complaint ID# [redacted] an investigation was conducted? According to dispatch team private pay client [redacted] , our returning client, requested transportation services for her sister in law [redacted] from [redacted] ***Round trip cost and wheelchair rental fees were discussed prior to the trip.? Client agreed to the trip cost ( $120.00) and reserved the transportation service.? As arranged, client was picked up from [redacted] ***The hospital did not provide her with a wheelchair.? Upon request by the client in our vehicle, we provided her with our wheelchair as [redacted] agreed to pay the rental fee in the amount of $and provided us with credit card information Client was safely transported home at [redacted] from hospital at around 4:PM on 03Suddenly, upon receiving notice of $charge, which was authorized, we received a complaint regarding the charge that we previously agreed upon.All transactions and applicable fees in total ($120.00) have been discussed with the client prior to services provided and prior to charging credit card.No fraudulent activity was done on our part and no hidden fees were chargedThere appears to be a misunderstanding on her part.? She has traveled with us twice thus far and is very well informed of our rates and additional fees for equipment rentals.? ? Again, all fees and trip arrangements were discussed with private pay client prior to providing transportation services.? ? ? Our apologies for any misunderstanding.?
