testimonials, and to read in detail about the procedure and what to expectShe replied by telling me she had done her research on me and was impressed with my website and credentials .Before starting the appointment, I spent more time asking her about her career, how she wanted them to look, and I examined her eye type and planned a customized design for herShe said, " I curl my eyelashes everyday with a curler so I want them curled, but a natural look." That's exactly what I delivered, a PERFECT JOB, she was HAPPY, and did not express a single complaint and bought home care products to care for them, and paid the billDays later, she texted me CHANGING HER MIND stating they were too dramatic and curledI agreed to fill in the next time with straighter thinner extensions, however she started asking for a complete change which would require a time consuming removal procedure and a whole new setI told her she would have to pay for my time and materialsI do not give refunds for people who "Change their Mind about the style after the fact"Or for " buyers remorse"Lastly, I did offer to make adjustments in the future appointments, however she chose to go elsewhereI will not agree to a refund, Thank You for letting me give my side of the story, Rhondi B***
