Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/19) */
Hello
As the new Practice Manager, this issue was first brought to my attention through the Revdex.com complaint. After speaking with previous Practice Manager and Spa Coordinator, it appears there was a misunderstanding as to the original severity...
of the problem.
Partially due to our team not following up for the detail of the severity and the patient indicating (at least interpreted as) the concern had initially been resolved. It is my understanding several months passed with no communication from patient before it was brought to our attention again.
As soon as I was notified of the issue, I discussed with Dr. Susan [redacted]. She immediately rearranged her schedule and brought the patient in for evaluation. In this visit, both Dr. [redacted] and spa coordinator have began developing a year-long treatment plan for the patient.
We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and lack of timely follow up. It is always our policy to address any patient concerns immediately and find proper resolution. We are doing that now in this situation and expect that the patient will be sufficiently satisfied with the care plan forward. If for some reason this is not the case, we are willing and happy to continue to address the concerns of the patient until aptly resolved.
Thank you,
Greg [redacted]

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I accept what has been stated only, with this added. I really appreciated our meeting today. However,I want it noted that our 1 year plan of treatments will have no time wasted, & all treatments are at no cost to me. Should I happen to be in a procedure, & my year is up that we continue at no cost. I do not expect to be favored in any way or by any body. I would expect this to all be done in a reasonable, responsible ,satisfactory & fair mannor to both parties involved .
