Review: I was receiving allergy shots at the allergy doctors office in [redacted] MD. I had been receiving shots for a year at that point. The doctor never told me or advised me that my insurance company was not being billed for the treatment during the twelve month period from 2010-2011. I then received a bill from the allergist office twelve months after I had stopped receiving shots due to switching to a different allergy doctor. Out of my own pocket I had to pay a medical bill for allergy shots given by my doctor that should have been covered at that time through Catalyst RX . I was a state of Maryland employee at that time. As a state employee I was covered by Catalyst from May of 2010-May 2011. I have a copy of the bill. It is paid in full . If I do not receive a check for the refund I will see them in court.
