The company admits they bent the metal frame of my refrigerator (see attached photos), which is causing the spring on the freezer door to squeak when you open it. Their technician used a crow bar to lift the refrigerator which bent the frame. He tried to stop the squeaking but apologized and said that was the best he could do. Therefore in order for the door not to squeak, the bent frame has to be replaced; requiring the refrigerator to be emptied, removed from the built in cabinets, lay refrigerator on the side, and the frame support assembly be replaced.
The cost estimate for the job is $1,000, therefore I am expecting a full refund due to the damage their technician caused.Regards,*** ***

Dear Revdex.com, We had our technician originally came out few months ago , he diagnosed a problem been spark control and offered reasonable estimate to repair this issue by replacing this partCustomer approved and repair was completedAfter about month and half we got the phone call from husband that
still some problem with the ovenWhen technician came back few days later he couldn't duplicate the problem and its seems to be working OK. After about another week or so we got a call again that some time it takes longer then usual for pilot to light up. Our technician came back again under warranty and replaced control board again at no cost checked the operation and after every think been working left however he did suggested to the costumer replace two other components to be sure the problem won't reoccur time to time and they will pay just for the parts They refused.A week later the wife called and ask for technician come back againWe made another appointment to come back again. What happened we don't know but the wife became very angry we couldn't communicate she ask to have a diffident technician we agreed she still got so mad to the point that she was screaming and yelling using inappropriate language I replied that I don't think that type of communication will help then finally she canceled an appointment and hang up the phone.We sincerely regret regarding this issue and would be happy to come back and recheck this appliance with another licensed technicianThank you*** O

Dear Revdex.com We never add any additional charges for this castumer every time we come back beside initial repair they didn't pay any thinkWe just suggested to replace another part at the cost of the part because we suspect it might be intermittent problem that our technician can't duplicateWe also willing to do that an no additional cost to that consumerLast time we were there the oven was workingWe need to see the problem so we can fix itIf the customer can't show the problem maybe it doesn't existThank youSincerely *** O

Dear Revdex.com We contacted our mutual costumer again and tried to resolve the issue directly. We did express our apology and explained to him that the invoice that he sighed has paragraph Limited Liability to express exactly that type of situation we got  "our insurance carrier requires us to inform you that due to the nature of your appliances installation ,any damage incurred by our service technicians the product, the surrounding cabinets, or the flooring covering ,when removing your appliance for repair(s) and in performing the requested service(s) will be your responsibility, and relieve us of any cost of repair(s),should damage occur.(naturally we will be as careful as possible)"  And again its not effect the look or the preferment of the unit.  We still offered refund of $200 costumer refused.Thank you.  On May 31, Mrs. [redacted] contacted our company on Sunday that she has an emergency,her refrigerator was leaking and needed a immediate attention. We offered her an appointment between 1-3. She told that she willing to pay extra just to get to her place earlier that...

Sunday morning and we did   had our technician earlier. He identified the problem and offed the estimate to fix it. She agreed and approved the estimate and wasn't charge any extra cost. The retail cost for that part is $185 and mark up was $65. She was happy with the service and paid with her [redacted] card. About 3-4 days later another gentlemen contacted us claiming been the owner of that place and demanding lower price. He wasn't there at the time of the appointment and can only assume for how long out tech. was there despite the fact that we were hired and paid by a different person we offer the gentlemen part number and also offered discount of $30 off. he still requested more like half off. Unfortunately we are not willing to offer that and also tenant Mrs. [redacted] confirm later on that she was happy with the service and fine with the cost of it.

Dear Revdex.com,We had a repairmen replaced condenser motor for build in refrigerator the unit was removed and the new part was installed a week later we got a complained from costumer that this motor is to laud. We did send the same repair man again and replaced motor with another one less...

noisy. After   about another week or so we received a phone call from wife that the motor still too noisy and she wants to have a different technician to come out. We did made another appointment and send a different technician to replace this part again. When he moved the unit out he used a tool to help him and apparently the metal frame underneath the refrigerator got bend a bit  the technician make sure the this wont effect ether a look or the way refrigerator will work. The costumer confirmed that its work nice and quit this time. Later on the husband called and told because of this issue I have to refund some of his money back him. We offered $100 off he refused and ask $600 . We didn't agree again refrigerator working good and its not some thing you can see by looking at it. We still honor warranty and sure it'll work for a long time.      Thank you. [redacted].

As we indicated previously  the tenant the one who hired us for the service and paid and if the landlord needed to get approve on the any repair  he needs to make sure work on this with his tenant directly so its not became in issue after the repair is completed. We also contacted tenant and rechecked if she is satisfy with the service and the charge. She confirmed that  and assured us she'll work it out with the owner directly.

I am the owner of the unit and I'm responsible to reimburse Ms. [redacted] (tenant).We were charged $250.00 for the part and the retail cost of the part is not $185.00 but Approx. $135.00 on numerous web sites ( free shipping), thus their mark up is $115.00 not $65.00. Their excuse for the excessive mark up was because "they had to come out on a Sunday"....but that's why we were charged what we feel is an excessive labor amount of $180.00. Why should we also be charged  an excessive mark up on the part.I did not assume the time it took. I was told by my tenant (Ms. [redacted]) that it took approx. one hour.Our first conversation a $30.00 discount was insinuated but never offered and our follow up conversation it was not again mentioned.Please check your record (Revdex.com) as to the many complaints against this business, 6 out of 15 were regarding billing.

I spoke to [redacted] on the phone and had my aunt listening on a conference call. [redacted] would not let me speak she talked over me and admitted to me that he should not have said it was the coils. She said the employee would be fired. I asked her for my $45 dollars back and my $100 that I spent on the coils when it had nothing to do with the coils. I stated to her that you cant take advantage of people that way, I don't want to see this happen to anyone else, or a elderly person. The problem had NOTHING to do with my dryer and it only had to do with the vent being clogged. She has the invoice from her company she never asked for mine why would she need mine when her company was the one who came out and did the service call and wrote on the invoice to change the coils. NO where on the invoice does it say anything about ignition .

I have mailed in the copy of the invoice from the other company just as [redacted] had asked me to. I have not received any refund in the mail. the other company replaced the coils as stated on this company's invoice . It was not the coils !!!!

The previous company offered to fix this refrigerator for the price over $1,600 and we did fixed it for $950. We  explained this costumer the repair we were planning to do and the cost of it. She agreed and the job was done. After the repair was done and refrigerator start...

working she  called regarding different issues. She told that her ice maker wasn't working and I offered to have  our technician come back free of charge and check, although the problem that was repaired was  not related to ice maker. She refused! Next she requested to give her the parts number that were install and I did, It took me a while because this unit is older model, over 20 years old and some the original parts were discontinue. She was calling back again and again getting angry with me. When finally I gave her the part number she told its $15 part which is not correct and even if you search in the computer or call manufacture she probably was unable to find it!!! Again its a older refrigerator and find the parts pretty difficult.
I also confirming that she was offered discount of $100 off and she refuse that too. She got angry with me again and hang up the phone. When I dial later assume its got accidently disconnected she didn't pick up any more.

We recommend replace coils and ignition. She declined. We charged just a service visit of $45. She requested it back, because she had some one else to fix the problem. We offered refund of $45 and waiting from her to send us a copy of the invoice from another company. Thank you. [redacted]

Do you really think I enjoy dealing with you and  your company?   You can't even type a sentence without spelling and grammar errors. You accuse us of making things up...What respectable company does that? My idea of fun is not making up oven problems up lady.    I would love for my oven to work and for this to be over.  If you want to come over and watch what it does, by all means, let's do that.  Last night I tried to make dinner and it took 22 minutes for the oven to ignite.  If your company can handle the responsibility and reliability of seting  up a scheduled appointment time and have your technician actually adhere to that, call me.  I am not paying your company another cent for this to be fixed. I expect at this point for it to be done on your dime if you are willing to do anything.  I have already paid you for work that hasn't changed the function of my oven as promised.   If your plan is to come and fix it and guarantee your work for a year, then I will accept that. I do not want that man [redacted] coming back to my house. Send someone else.                     Otherwise, I want a refund because I will have to hire someone with competence to fix the problem and not deal with the stress your disgraceful company brings into a customer's life for an oven repair. This really shouldn't be this complicated.
