Went in this place on the 25 of October to get my hair matched with extensions. *** the so called owner charged me $85 no issues with price. Then he started with my hair stating how he would like to take me out and some sexual harassment while I I was in the chair I did not leave because my hair had bleach. He was drinking alcohol I was so upset my hair was ruined and over processed I paid $149 dollars for extensions that did not match and hair burnt. The owner refused to give me the money to replace everything..he also was employing people with no license...it was dirty no clean towels or proper sanitation
11/12/19 To whom it may concern, ***. Sometime in the month of Oct, we had a customer was happy with the hair when I was done with it. I have photos of the before and after & witnesses that heard her being pleased & how I also received a tip. She came back a few days later. I offered to fix whatever concerns she had regarding her hair & she just insisted on a refund. She was refunded to get her out of the shop. she was .... and frightened our younger clientele. Our adult customers came to my defense. And we have witnesses. Thank You! *** Haircutters
