I placed my order at the beginning of AprilBy the end of April my shipment should have arrivedNo one answered the phone and when I did reach someone they could not find my order They proceeded to ask me what my color and design was, I should have known then they never even started my orderAbout another month later I finally get my orderIt was wrongAgain no one answers the phone nor replays to emailsLast response I received was "we will check on it"Now it's the end of June and still no response from themI seriously doubt I will ever get the order I placed I'm going to have to take legal action at this pointDo not buy from them

I have been since April 1st of 2016 just to see if they can make the cushions that I'm looking for, and its now April 22nd. They do not return phone calls or emails. They will flat out lie to you.........employees and the so called MANAGER. They told me that they sent me samples 3 times, but have not received them and they can not provide me with any tracking #'s. The last time they said they sent them FedEx ground but can not provide the tracking # because they just hand the FedEx driver the package and throw away their records. If anyone that knows anything about the shipping industries you have to have records of tracking #'s. The manager was extremely rude and instead of trying to take care of the situation all he could say was we have so much business that they can not take care of ever customer. Then come to find out they could not even make the cushions that I was looking for. If they would have told me that at the beginning of April I would have went else where. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They also operate under [redacted].
