This service was completed on 12/23/2014. Our lead technician dropped off the two completed bar stools at their home. Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the completed slings and paid the remaining balance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to Mr. [redacted].

The business handled our issue wonderfully. We made a complaint of which we apologize for and appreciate the wonderful customer service which was handled directly by the owner.

Review: On 10/31/14 I paid a deposit for the repair of two bar stool slings. The paperwork says(and the person who measured said) it would be 2-6 weeks for install. I have called numerous times and was assured that it would be done before Christmas. The runaround continues as I called last week(12/08) and was again told it would be done this week. I emaild a couple times today but have received nothing back.I think they are a ripoff.Desired Settlement: If not done before Christmas(8th week) I want the $195 deposit returned.It is utterly ridiculous the runaround.
