We had 3 back pillows for a couch restuffed and made thinner. When we picked them up they were very nice, but when we got home they were too short. We brought them back the next day and the owner said she was too busy and would call us to see what she could do. That was 3 weeks ago! We don't expect to hear from them, but they should have gotten back to us whether or not they could rectify the situation.
