He showed up in a broken-down van to fix my boiler. I should have seen this as a warning. He did replace many parts but did not do the job right. Now I have to hire another repairman to fix the repair. Use at your own risk

Review: We called several plumbers to fix our dryer on Monday * and Tuesday * January. Castro Mechanical quoted us a price of $85, and a plumber came on Tuesday * January. He taped the old exhaust pipe back to the dryer and wall, taking about 15-20 minutes, and asked for $240 for this work. When my wife refused to pay this high price and talked to his [redacted], the [redacted] reduced the price to $145. We still think that we were overcharged. I called the plumber's office on Friday **, Monday **, and Tuesday ** January, and was told each time that the [redacted] would call me back the same day, which she never did. I have been trying to fill out my statement for this complaint that is on my business which has nothing to do with me I do sub work for another company called l and s sewer and drain they have there info on my bill to do keep there business clients to call then . and the company use my ticket which is wrongfully put me as a bad company and I'm in the process of termination with with this company they are constantly causing me issues and this is a very big one to me I have pride in my business and I don't ever plan on getting complaints .. This complaint is very upsetting .. Please tell me what I could do to resolve this problem and this whole complaint has to do with a price they set on there jobs and didn't agree with the price of a service charge and a hourly rate to reattached and secure a dryer duct vent comming out of a gas dyer I don't need a f rating on a new business that I'm trying to make well succesful the address of the complaint for my company is wrong they used [redacted] Castro Castro Mechanical
