They just sent me an e-mail saying that a refund had been issued.But until now I didn't get any guarantee that it will occur.I decided to ask them about it and they said that I should have
received an e-mail from PayPal but I didn't get any e-mail until now.Based on that I'm not sure if they really will refund, so I need a refund receipt.Thanks

We received a notice today regarding complaint ID#*** Please be advised that this individual contacted us on June 21st with her issue and we resolved it to her satisfaction within days I am not sure why she filed a complaint on the 22nd when we had already advised her we were
working on resolving it. Thank you
