I signed an agreement with this company for a bounce house delivery. They were over an hour late delivering the bounce house. When the bounce house was finally delivered the delivery man did not contact me to know that he was setting up the bounce house. The bounce house was set up in the wrong location. I never even knew the delivery man had come until I looked outside and saw the bounce house on the lawn. The bounce house was supposed to be picked up at 4:00p that day. The bounce house was not picked up until after 6:30p. The facility that I had my event in closes at 6:30.
