don't use if you have citizen ins. co.. I signed a contract that was not presented to me in its full form.. the company never gave me a copy of the contract or estimate until, citizens presented it to me. Then I called and requested it, more then once. Was upset with the terms and estimate. Was told by Castle we were in it for the long haul. We have been in it for 5 months!!!! My house has only gotten worse. My neighbors love this guy, I don't know what happened to me!!!! must have been Citizen;s fault??? NOT.....

Wow. Impressed with CASTLE wasnt sure it was real when I heard my neighbor tell me they got a brand new roof for $1000. Sure enough they did everything for me and got insurance to approve my roof. My home looks brand new. THANK YOU

We had castle roofing do our roof. They told my neighbor and I that if they got an independent appraiser that they would cover our deductible, they got that independent, our appraisal was over $24,000
They did the roof, it leaks by all the gutters as they did not have the roof go to the gutters. They did the interior of my neighbors house and had overspray throughout the whole house. Never came out to ck. We have NEVER seen Castle roofing ck the home roof or pick up after themselves. We gave them the first ck $12600 ( bad mistake) they are now suing my insurance company for $30000. Our insurance companies attorney has 11 open suits from Castle roofing They are rotten people, not true to their word. Bad job in neighborhood. Have told out entire HOA over 10,00 homes. Please do yourself a favor and do not use them..

CASTLE ROOFING COMPANY BROKE MY AIR CONDITIONER PIPE WHILE REPLACING ROOF. NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX THE PIPE. I AM SICK AND NEED AC BADLY.
CASTLE ROOFING COMPANY IN PALM HARBOUR IS A FRAUD, THEY BROKE MY AIR CONDITION PIPE AND NOW REFUSING TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. VERY CHEAP COMPANY, THEY HIRED ALL ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND MAY BE THEY WERE NOT TRAINED. THEY DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND THERE WAS NOBODY TO SUPERVISE THEM.

THEIR SALES REP TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM AND NOW REFUSING TO FIX. THEY ARE PLAYING BLAME GAME.
