Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The garter belt was not worn for more than the few seconds it took to realize it's defectiveIt isn't too small, and the size of the item would have no bearing on the way it malfunctioned anyhowI took the tag off, intending to wear it, but was not even able to hook the first strap to the nylons because it immediately broke when I triedI looked at the other straps and there was another already broken, too, that I hadn't even touched yetI have the tag and the receipt This business needs to accept responsibility for selling a defective item or there will be no satisfactory resolutionSincerely, [redacted]
