Over the course of several months, we tried to meet this customer's requests for scheduling frequency and rescheduling of appointments due to conflictsBetween September and February 2015, this customer was on a monthly cleaning schedule where we averaged days between those cleaningsWhen she requested to go every 2-weeks and then to a 2-week schedule we averaged days (range of 14-days) between cleaningsI do acknowledge there have been times where we initiated the rescheduling due to illness or due to the inability to find parking near her loft in StPaul (StPatrick's Day was rescheduled from the 18th to the 17th and there was no parking due to festivities on that day) but we always made efforts to reschedule as close to the original appointment as possible with as little impact to other customers on our schedule
I stand by the work that was performed and the amount she was billed for the time spent cleaning her homeAfter she expressed concern over a new person accompanying her regular cleaner, she was provided with a credit on her next billingThis was despite the fact that this new person had years of cleaning experience with another companyI also stand by my office manager's efforts to accommodate special requests and rescheduling of appointments
In light of her extreme dissatisfaction with Castle Keepers, continuing a working relationship with this customer, per her suggested resolution, does not seem like a viable option for either partyI am sincerely sorry that things did not work out and wish her the best in seeking out another cleaning service
