Review: The concrete in front of my house is breaking up and cracking. It is deteriotating every time it rains. In winter it is a paste which is tracked indoors and I have to constantly clean up.Ray from Castle Contracting had his workers repair the concrete in May, 2014. By December, 2014 it was already falling apart. He used inferior concrete mix, not 35 hundred. I have been fighting with him to redo this entirely. Three flags need to be redone, not just a patch job. The step is breaking away from the building and also needs to be redone. A person can trip and fall by one of the flags.I also told him I wanted advance notice when he intended to do this so that I can be at home. I came home from vacation on Monday July **, 2015 and saw the only one of the flags was redone, a patch job and a poor one at that. It doesn't even cover the ends of the flag and it is already breaking apart. He did this when I was not at home. He left a large plastic bucket upside down near the wet concrete. I have no idea when this was done or how long that bucket was there. This allowed the entire neigborhood to know that I was not at home...easy access to rob me.Desired Settlement: I want advance notice when this will be done. So I can arrange to be home.I want all three flags replace, not just a patch job.I want the step replace, not just a patch job.I want him to use better concrete mix this time, 35 hundred.
