While the initial visit was fine and the salesman that came to our house was nice, I used to air purifier and it didn't seem to work at all in my house. I also used to vaccuum less than 6 times and it got hot and shut off. It hasn't worked since. When I called and told them I wasn't going to pay for something that doesn't work they said it wasn't their problem and that it was the finance companies problem. I called the finance company and they couldn't find me in their computer. Then just a few weeks ago I got a statement saying that they were charging me finance charges each month and I wasn't supposed to start paying until January 2014. This all started in April 2013. I am very stressed over this because it's going to go on my credit because I don't feel that I should pay for this peice of junk and they won't take it back.
