I know the hoa parking regulation very well If I did break the rule, I will have nothing to say However, I did not violated the hoa parking regulation, so why should I pay for it My cousin *** *** was LIVING in Taiwan for the past years for doing his import/export business He has his own house in *** *** *** *** ** *** There is a lot of mails from bank, insurance, property taxes etc Since he DOES NOT live here, he forwarded all his mails to my address so I can take care of those mails for him while he is away You can not just google someone's name on white page and just assume where a person lives When he comes to san diego, he lives in his house in carlsbad And he comes to visit me and spend some time with my family during his trip He never lives here with me He only spends some nights here with us during his visit When he goes back to Taiwan after his visit, he PARKS HIS CAR IN HIS GARAGE because he has a house here Why should I store his car in my house? This is just not making any sense HOA did not follow its own rule and towed a car by mistake, and still tr***g to make all these excuses (my cousin lives here or I store his car on guest parking space etc) HOA should follow its own rules and can not do whatever you want or assume I dont care how much commission you get for towing so many cars in community, but if you towed the car wrongfully, you should apologize and reimburse us the momey My cousin *** has all documents including passport can prove You, THE HOA ARE WRONG YOU, HOA TOWED THE GUEST VEHICLE JUST BECAUSE YOU ASSUMED HE LIVES HERE????? You are so wrong
