We hired Castle Windows and Doors to install a new main door in our entry way and also install a "storm door"The main door installed well enough but the contractors cut through our door bell and did not / could not repair it and they left the door trim, dry wall an absolute messThey wouldn't repair the drywall or paint the trimThe storm door was to be a custom door and it was initially measure incorrectlySo that the contractors came to install it the said it didn't fit and they would have to send it backThey showed up with the same door, thinking we wouldn't notice, installed it with a bunch of metal fittings to fill in the gaps between the door and the trimThe looks shoddy and cheapThe installation was shoddy and cheap to where we now have to pay our contractor to the trim, paint etc and take their cheap looking door away and throw in the trashCastle will never put another door or window in they subdivision
