Cast a Stone

Slow to ship and no response via email. I ordered in May and I still have not received my order. I understand the orders are custom made, but nothing in the site states that the order will take over a month and a half to fulfill. I will never do business with this company again and strongly urge anyone thinking about ordering consider and find a different company to do business with, or make your own.

I ordered a product from this business via their web page, using paypal as payment, on April 13, 2013.

On May 16, I sent an email to the recipient of the paypal payment, [redacted]@castastone.com, as well as the business email, [email protected]. I received no reply. I posted on the business' facebook page twice before finally getting an email on May 31:

"I apologize but I did not receive an email from you. We were having issues with our junk mail so maybe I missed it in error, I am so sorry. I show your order shipped out a week after purchase. Since the post office is closed today for the holiday I will call tomorrow and see if we can trace it. I did not get a return here. Please email me again with your correct mailing address and we will get it straightened out right away. Thanks so much for supporting my work and I will let you know what I find out with the trace. "

Since then I have heard nothing and my emails and facebook posts have been ignored.
