The customer was in contact nearly daily with our company All issues were resolved regarding production demands and the time frame in which the trike kit was going to be delivered with notice given to the customer at every step Cass County Choppers received several means of communication that the customer was happy with the product including online reviews and a mailed thank you card The wheels and tires package was on backorder from the manufacturer as those are not produced in our facility This was communicated with the customer and was told on numerous occasions that they would be shipped as soon as they arrived to our facility The parts have since arrived to us and subsequently, have been shipped via a trackable service to the customer
