I will never go to Casino Del Sol agaain. They treet you terible. I waited in line for 5min to get an issue resolved with the players card. There was only one person at the desk waiting on people. Someone else came up in the priority line. I said that we have been witing and were next. The lady took him first.
What kind on customer service is this?

I don't like to be treeted like that. After all I did spend a lot of money in the casino and didn't get any back. They should pay a little back to keep you playing for a while and not just take it so fast. Also the wife and I had bonus money on our cards but the machines didn't allow it. It said not enough points.
