Review: 6-1-2013RE: Cashmere Valley Bank/[redacted] and [redacted]RE: [redacted] Paid off Boat LoanRE: Over Payment and Fraudulent Signatures and Contract by Cashmere Valley Bank and the Finance Manager [redacted]s at [redacted]s BoatsDear AG and DFI and Revdex.com and the Office of the Comptroller,What we have here is a case of fraud by Cashmere Valley Bank and [redacted]. I couldnt say anything up till now because they were holding my titles hostage until the balance was cleared. I also believe when the contracts are looked over and the GAP contract is looked over it will show that the GAP Company did not pay enough and therefore I paid more than I should have. I also believe that when it is all calculated out I am owed a significant amount of interest back to me as well. I am asking everybody to look into this please. Also, it is mandated by dealer Law that when a contract is rewritten that a Rescission form is to be signed dated and presented to the customer. This of course was never done. The Purchase Order clearly shows a different amount by $2,000 and my correct signature. I actually have the original Purchase order which the finance manager should have kept. It will also clearly show you that the GAP protection form was on 3 different contracts with 3 different dates. It will clearly show my signature is forged on contract number WC 850750.It will clearly show that I believed I was going to get an interest rate of 8.99% which I did not get. Cashmere Valley Bank and [redacted]s boats and [redacted] the Finance Manager tried to take advantage of me but I knew this day would come to tell the store and present my evidence. I had to wait though for the titles in my hand. Now that I have them I want my Money back that I am owed. I dont want to speak to Cashmere Valley Bank or [redacted]Desired Settlement: 6-1-2013RE: Cashmere Valley Bank/J[redacted] off Boat LoanRE: Over Payment and Fraudulent Signatures and Contract by Cashmere Valley Bank and the Finance Manager [redacted]s at [redacted]s BoatsDear AG and DFI and Revdex.com and the Office of the Comptroller,What we have here is a case of fraud by Cashmere Valley Bank and [redacted]s Boats. Response:
I have provided all the proof that they forged a Purchase Order and other papers. Obviously I reject their response. I have all the proof. They have not provided anything to reject it.
