We shipped out on the same day and he received the sweater on Jan 14, 2019. The whole transaction was completed smoothly and professionally.

Our return policy is: customer can return the sweater within 15 days of receiving. The qualified sweater for return or exchange must be unworn, no damage and in good condition. Our return policy is clearly on our website, packing slip and return form, and emails we explained to Mr. ***.Our return policy is very common practice in apparel industry.
