Hi ***. 6 of the 8 boxes you sent us expire in less than 10 months. Please go to *** and scroll down to the section titled "what we buy & how much we pay".
You'll find our policy regarding expiration dates in capital letters right above the price table. It reads as follows: "PAYOUTS BELOW ARE FOR BOXES WITH 10+ MONTHS UNTIL EXPIRATION. PAYOUTS WILL BE 50% LESS FOR BOXES WITH 1-9 MONTHS UNTIL EXPIRATION. PLEASE DO NOT SEND US PRODUCTS THAT AREN'T LISTED BELOW, NOR ONES THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED OR EXPIRED" (please excuse the capitalization, that's just how it appears on the website). The same appears in the printed version we send with each mail kit. In addition to the short expiration dates, one of the boxes was disqualified altogether because it was opened/unsealed. A complete breakdown of the payout was provided to you along with your check, if any part of it is still unclear please feel free to contact us directly via email at ***@***.

I sent 3 boxes of strips and they never paid me I even have my tracking # they won't pay you if you send strips people.....

emailed us just before 7am on the morning of August 15th to report that her check hasn't reached her yet. She then apparently submitted her negative Revdex.com review some time prior to 9:15am the same day - 30 minutes before our customer service team replied to her via email, as follows: "Hi ***. The notes in your account indicate we received your package on June 23rd and sent your check the very next day to (address removed to protect customers' privacy). I also see the check was returned to us the following month by the post office, marked "Return to Sender - insufficient address". We tried contacting you to correct the address, but your voicemail was not set up and we were unable to leave you a voice message. Please reply to this email with your exact and complete mailing address, and we'll be happy to send the check back out no later than tomorrow."

In subsequent conversation it became apparent that ***'s address in our database was missing an apartment number (our addresses are provided directly by the customers themselves upon registration at CashForDiabetics.com). The address was corrected, and the check that had been previously returned to us was placed back in the outgoing mail and on it's way to the newly corrected address. *** expressed her satisfaction with our service and attention to this matter, and promised to remove her hastily penned Revdex.com complaint. Thank ***, please do so at your earliest convenience so as not to cause any undue harm to our business. Have a nice day.

I mailed cash for diabetics 4 boxes of my unused test strips and was told a check for $40 was mailed to me on June 21,2019 which I still have not received my payment yet. I have called as well as left several emails for them to reissue me another check and no one will even acknowledge my messages.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like my payment in full for the unused test strips that I sent them.

Hi ***, as we discussed via email, the check was initially sent out to you on 6/21 - within one business day of your package arriving here. The check was subsequently returned to us by the post office marked "return to sender - in dispute unable to forward" on 7/9, and was placed back in the outgoing mail the following day, per your request, after re-verification of your address. I'm perplexed by your claim that "no one will even acknowledge my messages", as the email exchanges show your communications were all returned, and your requests honored, in a timely and courteous manner. We'll be happy to provide those email records to the Revdex.com if that helps clear the record. I'm truly sorry that the check was returned to us by the post-office, ***, but it's not due to any fault of ours, and we sincerely hope the check reaches you without delay this time.

I sent four boxes of strips where according to the prices of the company I should receive a check of $ 84 dollars and they sent me $ 31 dollars.

Try to contact the Company at the phone number and they do not answer. I sent them an email and they answered that that was definitely what they would pay for the 4 bottles that I sent them. I do not agree with the excuses of the company since in the kit for the shipment of the product they attach two sheets where it DOES NOT APPEAR IN ANY PART what they describe as justification for not paying me the remaining $ 51 dollars. This information should be included in the kit so that the person who wants to send products is aware of the characteristics that the product must have for full payment.It is not correct that after receiving the product the company decides how much it will pay according to its unknown policies even for the person who sent them the products. Try talking to them by telephone at the number that is in the two pages that they attach in the shipping kit that is X-XXX-XXXXXXX AND NEVER ANSWER so they force the client to write and they keep the right to respond only once and they do not respond anymore.

I want to send me a check for $ 51 dollars that is what they owe me for the products that I send them I do not accept excuses since if they inform me BEFORE or in the same kit for the shipment of the product what are the requirements for payment full that they offer would find them right not to pay me the full amount but it was not like that.

Hello ***. You contacted us regarding your payment on 3/29 at 2:14pm EST and received a response the same day at 4:46pm EST. You claimed you should have received more money than you did, and that you intend to have a lawyer contact us to discuss further. We replied with information that is pertinent to both you and your lawyer, including our clearly stated policies regarding expiration dates, and an inspection photo showing the condition and expiration dates of the boxes you sent us. These policies are not just found on our website. They are printed very clearly, in large print, in the 4-page information packet we send with every mail kit, including the one you received from us. I will reiterate here the information you received from us before you decided to use our service: We do not pay for expired products. We pay 100% of the payout for products with 10+ months until expiration, and 50% for ones with only 1-9 months until expiration. You sent us a combination of products, some of which were expired and others that were short-dated. We reviewed the inspection report and photos several times now and have concluded that no error was made on our part. We'll be happy to discuss this matter further with you, email us any time and we'll do whatever we can to arrive at an amicable solution. We're also happy to discuss this matter with your lawyers if you still wish to have them contact us.

Have dealt with another company in the past. Sent them strips November of 2017...here Sept 2018 still have not gotten paid despite their promises. This company here is honest and you receive your money promptly. Customer service is fantastic.

i'm taking the time to write this review because most people, myself included, only remember to write reviews when things go bad, and that's not fair to businesses that work every day to do the right thing. I was reminded of how important it is to read and write reviews recently, when I used a different company to sell my strips and got ripped off. I wish I read reviews about that other company before using them. since then I have been only using this www.cashfordiabetics.com and everything is hunky dory. I get paid on time and I get the exact amount they promise. keep up the good work Cash For Diabetics!

I received a bad check. My bank says check returned because the acct number at payees bank is unknown.I would like a new check for 60.00 chk mailed
I mailed my freestyle lite test strips like I do every month this time the bank returned the check saying the acct. Number cannot be found at payees bank. I need a new check mailed to me for 60.00. and I have a returned check fee for 12.00. This made my account negative.

Desired Outcome

I mailed two boxes of freestyle lite test strips I received a check in the mail for 60.00. Approx. Two weeks later The bank returned the check and said account number not found with the payee bank. I also have a returned check fee in my bank account.

Hi ***. As discussed by phone, it appears the error was on the side of the institution you used to deposit the check. Seems like a scanning issue - perhaps there were folds in the check and the scanning machine misread the information printed on the check. Having used us many times over the past two and a half years with no problems whatsoever, I'm sure you know better than anyone that we are an honest, reputable and reliable company. As requested, we're canceling the check in question and mailing you a replacement.

I was told that the bank didn't cash possibly because of folds in the check. That answer isn't acceptable because the same bank has cashed everyone of the other checks sent to me over 2 years that went through bent or straight. Also I was promised as a resolution that my replacement check was sent priority 2 day mail last Thursday. Rep stated mail would go out Friday and I should receive the check by Tuesday. Well here we are on Friday and I still have no check. My 2 year experience with this company hasn't been perfect without any complications but this really messed me up with my bank I had to borrow money 3 different times to keep my bank acct from staying in the overdrawn account status. My bank is in a different city so then going back and forth was an issue because I don't drive. I was asked to withdraw my complaint and I said I would once the check was received but right now I'm still waiting & this isn't fair to me.

Hi, I have used this business once and was very pleased. They quickly sent me the prepaid box after I filled out the simple online request. I mailed the strips and promptly received my check ($330.00). I have just sent another group of test strips. I highly recommend them.
