I had the fortune to find Mr*** *** more than years agoI have one the oldest and largest oak trees on the islandI credit Mr*** for keeping it healthy and safe under its massive canopyThis ancient oak tree has suffered as a lightening rod many timesOnce, on a clear beautiful day, the day after Mr*** and crew trimmed it, lightening struck! It looked like a tornado hit my yard - but just for one dayMr*** promptly sent his crew back and cleaned up once againA third of the great oak was lostOthers suggested removing itNot Mr***Ten years later, this wonderful tree, although scarred throughout several centuries, continues to grow and thriveMr*** and his employees have always been fair, competent, professional, and thoroughI continue relying on and trusting Mr*** for maintaining the health and beauty of ALL my treesMsSharon, 02/17/
Mr*** *** doesn't deserve the crew he employsHe is a very dishonest individualHe came highly recommended by another arborist companyOMG!!!! What a big, big mistake to have hired this man and his company to cut down and remove trees and debris from our propertyI lodged a complaint against him with the Revdex.comNothing happenedI lodged a complaint with my credit card company to stop payment for the 1/garbage job done as a result of *** ***'s decision-makingCash instructed his employees to not remove the debris from our propertyI know he didThat was included in the written contractHe broke the contract by not completing the jobCash's company removed some of the debris but left a whole lot on the propertyCash lied to my credit card company from the "get-go" and they bought it!!!!!! I submitted my reasons in a narrative why Cash shouldn't be paid the contract price of the job since he didn't complete the job and I also sent "before and after: photos as wellThe credit card company bought his lie!!!!! I received a final decision from the credit card company and this is what the review specialist said (verbatim) in one specific paragraph: "As you mentioned when you (credit card company is referring to me and wife) contacted us, you are disputing the charge because you feel the merchant (Cash's Tree Service, aka: *** ***) did not provide the services you purchased........"The merchant (Cash's Tree Service, aka: *** ***) advised us that............they did pick up all of the debris"The merchant (Cash's Tree Service, aka: *** ***) is also saying the debris in the photos (that is, those photos which we sent to the credit card company as part of the arbitration) process) WASN'T THERE WHEN THEY (THAT IS, CASH'S TREE SERVICE, AKA: *** ***) LEFT THE PROPERTY AND THAT OUR CUSTOMER (that is, my wife and I) PUT THE DEBRIS THERE AFTER THEY (THAT IS, CASH'S TREE SERVICE, AKA: *** ***) HAD LEFT AND FINISH(ED) THE JOB." So, Cash says to the review specialist who arbitrates this case that after he/his company removed the debris, my wife and I put the debris back? How is that possible? If Cash claims to have removed the debris, how could we have put it back? How lame can this lie be? The credit card company believed Cash from the beginning, even when Cash gave the wrong dates on his response to my complaintFor any of you out there who want tree or debris removal from your property, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY!!!!! He is dishonest and a crook, and treats his employees like crapI had to pay another company an extra $to clean up the mess that Cash left on my property*** *** will lie until he gets what he wantsThis man is a piece of workHave a great day
