Cash Transactions

Review: I cashed a check here and purchased 3 metrocards on 12/**/15. The tellers were highly unprofessional they socialized, used foul language and deliberately kept customers waiting while they talked. The teller that waited on me this day recounted the money she was handing me a ridiculous number of times (6 altogether) causing me to miss my train(metro-north). I received a receipt with the cash for the check amount, their fee and the cash I received but the metrocard transaction right after I received no receipt for and I need it to prove the metrocard malfunctioned. When I asked for a receipt for the metrocard transaction the teller told me dismissively we're out of paper. I asked you don't have any back there she responded "no". What kind of business doesn't give receipts??? Especially when I just received one.Desired Settlement: I want a receipt for my transaction so I can get reimbursed for my metrocard.
