[redacted] was informed by her school and our website that the school orders would be shipped out in several weeks after the order was processedWhen our agent called her to tell her we received her package back, our agent asked for her corrected addressShe said her address was correct We tracked her package that was shipped by Priority Mail and it said the package was returned to us; when delivery was attempted - there was No Access to delivery location Our agent suggested that she contact her local post office to find out exactly what the problem was She didn't want to take the tracking number which she was also emailed the day the package left our warehouseWe had offered to re-ship the package for the $shipping fee [redacted] told the agent that she wanted to just cancel the orderThe agent explained that we would refund the cost of the merchandise only, as she did within minutes of talking to [redacted] ***We incurred the $shipping charge and that is why it wasn't refundedOther employees in the office attested to the fact that the agent handled the phone call in a professional manner.Just to explain, this school had us ship over individual orders without issuesThis is the 3rd time that we have shipped individual graduation packages for this school We worked with the school last fall when Hurricane Irma came and the commencement needed to be cancelled.Please see documents attached, proving that we did ship the customer's order, and the response from [redacted] showing that it was undeliverable and needed to be returned.Mike S [redacted] General Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are liars and I see I'm not getting my full refund because even when I talked to a rep at my school even she said it was strange for them to take a month for me to get a cap and gown and they are talking all off subject trying to make themselves look good.what does a hurricane and the relationship you have with the school have to do with me getting my package or my refund..I lost money and time because I had pictures scheduled to be taken with my cap and gown and they didn't deliver as promise so I will just take this as a lost because obviously nothing will be resolved Regards, [redacted]

We incurred the $10.00 shipping charge and that is why it wasn't refunded. Other employees in the office attested to the fact that the agent handled the phone call in a professional manner.Just to explain, this school had us ship over 1300 individual orders without issues.
