Our notes indicate that the customer did not want to do trouble shooting over the phone, but wanted to send the unit in for inspection. For his convenience, a call tag was issued and our warranty center was awaiting the arrival of the unit. We offer a day trial. With the order
date set at 12/4/17, the unit would be out of the trial period, but we are willing to accept the return back for a refund according to the return provisions or we can replace the unit with a brand new one, if the customer is not satisfied. We apologize for any miscommunication and hope the resolutions offered will be satisfactory to the customerTell us why here

As a
courtesy to our customers, we offer financing in order to create an affordable
way for anyone to be able to own and enjoy our water ionizers Due to the
nature of the financing, there are fees and stipulations that include the unit
not being eligible for
our trial period In order to make this very clear
to the customer without any confusion, we do include a cover letter that goes
over this specific issue This signed agreement is included

regards to the water ionizer being wet, all water ionizers are tested before
being sent out The ionizer is fitted with brand new inner filters after
it is tested and the unit is drained This is an industry wide "good practices" standard,
so that every unit that is shipped out is calibrated and performing at it's top
performance for the client's specific water quality

days after receiving the unit, Mr[redacted] voiced his concerns about the wet unit
The water ionizer that Mr[redacted] received was not used, but as a courtesy,
we shipped him another unit

so we are open to waiving the "no return" clause for his finance purchase, so if Mr[redacted] would still like to return his unit, we
can accept the unit back with the standard return policy of 15% processing fee

I did not receive a refund.  Attached is a copy of my [redacted] statement showing transactions December 7, 2017 through March 7, 2018.  As you can see on 12/23/18, I was charged $2,497.00 for an ionizer I never received and there was NO REFUND issued at all.  Your reference number does not exist.Please do the right thing and issue my refund.

Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] purchased her system through an organization that set up a group buy for its members. In the presentation that she watched before buying, it specifically states that they had a 30 day period to return their machine with the normal return and processing fees. [redacted]...

requested a refund on a used machine well past her 30 day return period.. Even though she was well past the return period we were considerate of [redacted]’s request and sent her the paperwork for a refund on her machine, which she agreed to, and signed, and we have on file.  Her refund was issued last month. I applied online n was approved went to the store then was asked for three months of statements in the email I received just asked to bring most recent, asked to used computer to print out pay stubbs their system won't let you on [redacted]
Came in next day brought stubbs n still need bank statements, if that is not enough after all that I was told that they do not loan money to people who work for an [redacted] yet it accept it online yest no where it states that
