To whom it may concern,We are writing in response to the letter received from the Revdex.com regarding the cleaning of [redacted] ***' boilerOn October 15, we did clean the boiler in preparation for the winterInwe were also at Mr***, there was lines frozen on the first floor at the basement levelMr***asked that those lines be capped; therefore there is no zone In the basement to test the boilerSo therewere not two areas to test the boiler as he complained of in the letter he wroteI am attaching a copy of the invoice from September The only thermostat that will control the boiler currently is in the rooms where the dogs were kenneledWe do not send our technicians in with unknown dogs without the owner present to remove them for our technician's safetyAfter our technician had cleaned theboiler he could not find the homeowners to safely allow him into the room with the thermostat to test the boiler after cleaningMr [redacted] was also advised to replace his boiler last year(2014) because the boiler is old and needs replacedI am attaching a copy of that estimate as wellMr [redacted] can disregard the invoice sent for the boiler cleaning; we are returning the check for the cost to clean the boiler.Casey [redacted] Casey's Plumbing & Heating

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My original complaint dealt with the service technician not being able to get the furnace running on the second visit, even after the thermostat was set for him, and after calling his boss/office that a part was needed to get the furnace operationalI was told they would call when they knew the cost of the part and when they would be able to return to do the workNo one got back to me as was promised and I was left with no heat for several daysThe damp/draft regulator has been replaced and the furnace is now operational.
