On July 20, 2018, I left a message on *** ***'* personal phone at 269-945-and Caseys Excavating and Sanitation business phone at ***-***-*** requesting my billI've yet to receive a return phone call or my receipt for my recordsI called Barry County Environmental Health and they emailed the permit for the work that I requested from *** *** as well ,but unfortunately it does not state who completed the work
