Research. The customer placed the order online and input the email address [redacted]. Customer was charged the renewal on October 30, 2016 for $99 as per the term of the offer. He called in regarding his renewal charge and wanted everything cancelled because he never received his paid publication. The customer service agent informed the customer that we can cancel and refund the renewal of $99 since it was recently charged, however, the $49 would not be refunded because it was over a year ago and we cannot return funds on subscriptions that have already expired. In lieu of this, we are giving him The Casey Report for one year completely free, and no renewals will occur to email address [redacted].
