If you need support in a reasonable amount of time, Casetext is not for you. While continuing to prepare a brief on Saturday morning, the site did not allow me to login. Instead I received the following message: "Application error
An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served." I them attempted to contact Casetext and was told that their ciustomer support group was unavailable for three hours (11:00 am PST). I'm certian that a judge would understand that a request for an extension was premised on Casetext's sleepy customer service agents.
