We have denied the customer's request for a refund as he violated our policy and did not follow guidelines in sending the request.

This case was only ordered 9 days ago so there is no reason for a refund of this case. It takes 2-4 weeks on average for delivery as stated on our receipts, FAQ and all product pages.
