I received a full refund of what I paid the company a year ago This has been resolved

We signed the contract and when I got ready to start the job it started rainingHe didn’t want the work done while it was raining for obvious reasons, because it was a roof jobI told him I got other work to do (small jobs) that I can do and when the weather permits I would come back and do itI have been contact with him the whole timeI then told him I was done with the small jobs and he told me he didn’t want the roof put on because it was very cold out and was concernedI told him we put roofs on every dayI told him to contact me when he was readyHe called right before Christmas I couldn’t get materials right away with the holidays The last time I spoke with him was about a week ago and he told me to wait till warmer weatherI told him to contact me when he was ready, but no expect me to be able to start it the day he calls because I will have to have notice to get everything together

This company never returned to do the work, My social worker called and requested a refund. He claimed the check would be in the mail over 3 weeks ago. I still have never received the refund for the work I paid him for almost a year ago.
