It is a recording of the actual? phone conversation with [redacted] As you can hear in the actual phone call it was not our employee that was being aggressive or using horrible language it was Mr [redacted] We offered to try to? work with him? but? he would not allow us toPlease let me know if you need anything further

This does not change the fact that the car has an illegal stickerCasco Bay Ford had the car and said the brakes were "almost new." They made promises that they refused to fulfill after they got us out the doorMy babies ride in this car? It needs to be safe and when different mechanics say the car needs brakes and shouldn't have gotten a sticker that means something needs to be done? The manager still used harsh language and we still need the work done to the carWe will have it done at another location as I don't trust Casco Bay Ford to fix the issues properly.?
