My vehicle was towed by this company. After picking it up I noticed damage to the passenger side of my car. I called the company immediately to report the damage to them. The owner answered the phone and was extremely nasty to me, he took no pictures before towing but said he took notes on any prior damage that he noticed. He didn't have this damage noted before tow. When I confronted him, he keep saying where exactly is the damage, at that point I confronted him on trying to add this information to his "notes". He got even more angry and started screaming at me, soon after he hung up on me. I then called the sheriffs office. Little did this guy know, I just bought the car a day before at 5:00 pm. took it home and went to Barton Park the next day and it was towed that night. I have many pictures of the car from the day before without any damage.
