Cascade Peaks Family Campground

This is in response to the complaint from [redacted].  She is a site owner here, not a casual consumer.  We did not ever rent out one of the private sites and have never made a cent from that. Last year there was a problem with one site.  It did not concern her and was resolved with...

the party involved.  There has never been anyone on her site.  We have security who drives over every road in the park every night and reports if he sees anything suspicious. Also one of our employees has camped near her site since Nov. 15th, and have never seen anyone near it.  Mrs. [redacted] seems to be a very unhappy person.  No one has ever accused us of being unethical or dishonest.  In fact, when we bought the park we allowed some concessions to the permanent site people that had never been allowed before.  We have been praised consistently and continually for the improvements we have made to this property.  She reported us to the Health Dept. last year about the dumping station.  It was working, but some inexperienced camper had spilled some sewage on the ground.  We had to spend several hours proving things were okay.  I'll admit the garbage piled up a little on Memorial Day.  We were completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of people who showed up.  However, it did not affect her in any way, and was definitely not a health hazard.    I really do not think this is a matter for the Revdex.com.  Mrs. [redacted] is perfectly free to contact us with any concerns.  If she feels strongly enough, she is welcome to con tact a lawyer concerning any violations of her rights.      Sincerely,     Patricia D[redacted]
