Cascade Jewelers was hired to reprong my wedding ring and engagement ringThey ruined the Princess one karat diamond and left the prongs unfinished and it snagged on materialI wanted a frfund so I could take it to ;a reputable Jeweler to have it taken care ofThe manager informed me they did not do refunds and she would redo itNo way was I leaving it there again, The ring is in need of RESETTING THE LARGE DIAMOND AND SMOOTHING OUT THE PRONGSI HAD IT LOOKED AT BY ANOTHER JEWELER AND THEY AGREED WITH ME THAT IT NEEDED TO BE RE-DONE, AND CLEANED UP THE LARGE DIAMOND HAS PERISOTIC PIT MARKS ON IT
