My answers to complaint: On 09/26/the customer purchased a MINI Cooper S with miles for $8700.00. The Carfax was offered to customer prior to purchase.On 09/28/the customer called with vehicle concernsEven though the car was sold to him “As is” and I was unaware of any
problems with the vehicle, I was willing to work with the customer and have the vehicle inspected and repaired if needed by our mechanic at Cascade Car ConnectionI offered the customer an appointment as soon as the next day and he refused due to his schedule, "busy schedule and pet bird feedings", he agreed to return on 10/03/and have the vehicle inspected and repaired if neededOn 10/03/the customer missed his appointment with our mechanic at Cascade Car Connection, he did not call me to cancel or rescheduleI did not receive a call from customer until 10/14/2017. On 10/14/customer called before business hours and left an unclear voicemail with just his first nameHe did not request a call backI called customer as soon as the same day on 10/14/2017, the customer did not answer, I left him a voicemail to return my callI did not receive a call back from customer until 10/19/On 10/19/the customer called, and I offered to reschedule his missed appointment to have the vehicle inspected and repaired if needed by our mechanic at Cascade Car ConnectionThe customer refused an appointmentThe customer wanted to take the vehicle to *** ** *** for service and repairOn 10/20/I called customer once again to try and reschedule the missed appointment, he did not answer, I left him a voicemailI did not receive a call back from customer.On 12/09/the customer walkto our dealerThe customer wanted to let me know he had the vehicle serviced and repaired at *** ** ***.I tried to work with the customer to have the vehicle inspected or repairedThe customer did not keep his appointment and refused to reschedule any other appointments due to his schedule "busy schedule and pet bird feedings"The customer wanted to have the vehicle serviced and repaired by *** ** ***He did not give me an opportunity to have his vehicle inspected or repaired
The seller continually lies about this transactionI did not see the carfax report until I had already purchased the vehicle and it was ready to leaveThen and only then, did she show me a Carfax. At this point I discovered that this was an East Coast Car from New York, and would have declined to purchase it since East Coast cars are known for having multiple problems . the rest of the story involving appointments are lies . I called The seller the next day about a major oil leak appearing on the floor of my garage.. since the seller had lied to me about the condition of the car before I bought it, I certainly wasn't about to trust her in regards to repairs. another reason I did not return to Cascade was that my mother was dying, and I was devoting all my time to that situationI am seeking professional legal help pertaining to this matterthis company has misrepresented everything from beginning to end pertaining to this saleI am a year-old decorated vet with a heart condition, and cannot deal with these lies any further. from now on I will let my attorney speak for methis is out and out fraud from beginning to end
