Cascade Capital

Jan 2020 I got a notice from my credit reports that a company had placed a collection on my credit. In Jan I filed a complaint then contacted the original creditor who stated I owed them nothing and never had a collection account for this amount or any amount. I then filed a complaint against cascade capital who sent me a letter stating the so called fraud collection attempt would be removed and deleted and not sold. Also they never mailed me a thing. No notice nothing

Well it’s July 2020 and another Collection for the same account has shown up on my credit report. For another company. Meaning cascade sold the account and lied. Imagine that. The company listed is Drs ( debt recovery service ) another branch of cascade I guess. This debt is not owed. It is fraud and I have contacted the cfpb to investigate the company’s because this is the second time they have tried to collect an account not owed to commit fraud.

I received a collection letter from PR Systems, LP with the creditor name Cascade Capital Funding, LLC. This letter does not give any detailed specific information as to the dates, facility or services rendered to owe a balance of $790.00. What bothers me is why this agency like the *** agency waited to send me a bill from 2015. It is absurd to hold an account for years and not notify the person until five years later to get money especially in an uncertain time as this with all the COVID-19 issues. I am beyond angry and frustrated about this and I don’t like being bullied or harassed so people can make accusations just to get paid.
