Overall they have great product,When requesting my refund there is an issue on getting money back

In April 2016, Bob [redacted] sold my 88 year old mother a used auto. My mother had absolutely no experience with car purchasing, but wanted to purchase the care for my neice who has mild cognitive impairment and could not qualify for a loan on her own. My mother and neice, who are each on a fixed, modest income naively paid the sticker price which was about $1000 over the bluebook value of the vehicle. Then Mr. [redacted] tacked on a $1300 6-month warranty that neither my mother nor my neice understood was optional. When I met with Mr. [redacted] and asked him to do the right thing and remove the cost of the unwanted warranty, he refused. Moreover, my neice took the vehicle to a mechanic who determined defects to the vehicle which the dealership has yet to repair over a month after the sale.
(Note: this complaint was originally submitted for regarding Robert [redacted] and B&N Auto (which is the business name on the building and on the sticker of the car), but the paperwork states the name of the business is "Casam Motorcars" and the salesman Bob [redacted] so I am correcting the complaint.)
