Review: I hired this company to fix my swimming pool heater. I paid this company over $200 and the heater still does not work. They came out 2-3 times. Each time they came out, it worked several times and then stopped working. This was before they received payment. Now that they received payment I get no returned calls, the pool heater still does not work, and the time of season that I use the heater has passed. I did reach the owner once after payment was made and he promised he would be out in a few days. He never showed up. This all happened within the past several months, summer of 2013. I told this client that if I didn't hear back, I would have not choice but to reach out to the Revdex.com, Dept. of Consumer Protection, and call [redacted] (the company that referred me to him) to ask if they can help reach him and explain what happened. Still no response so I am forced to submit a complaint.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund so I could use the money to find a repair company that can fix the heater.
