After reviewing this case , the customer bought a sectional couch with reclining chairson 6-24-according to our warranty policy we provide a year warrantyfrom purchase date, which is the factory warranty , in this case customeris completely out of any warranty.I' ve notice
she also bought an extended warranty for years with a third partycompany in this case ULTRASHIELD , beginning from the purchase dateall the information and description on how ultrashield works and what's cover was providedto customer when she singed the contractnot sure if customer took the timeto read the Ultrashield's policy unfortunately the last resource will be if customerpays the expenses for repairs and/ or parts to be replace, we ll be glad to help her

I have never signed anything stating I was satisfied with the productI signed a receipt stating the delivery was made, and as stated on the receipt I signed, the merchandise was damagedI never intend to do business with Casa Leaders againI will pass on my experience at Casa Leaders to everyone I knowThey do not stand behind their merchandise, as you can see by the pictures I have attached
