Affordable group inc. installed a new a/c on 12/10/15 and the next morning I tried to turn on the heat and it wouldn't work. I called the office and the receeptionist said they would send someone out right away, he arrived at 3:30 and left at 5:30 and the heat stiill doesn't work. She salesman RAS told me it would take 2 days to get s shroud, but another employee told me it would take a week. This is a very unreliable buiness. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I won't get anything done until Monday, if then.
