I am rejecting this response because:I filed a compliant May 8, 2017 for a refund. I only received $150 on my debit card. [redacted] travel haven't refunded my $311 in cash back. I was told it would come in check form to the [redacted] location for pick up. I called their [redacted] location and the admin stated that everyone is busy and someone would call me back. The admin also stated because I informed the Revdex.com that they could no longer speak with me. I would like a date of when I would receive my money. I have been getting the run around since May 2017 it's almost July how long does it take to refund money? [redacted] is never available when I call the office to inquire about my refund.
