To Whom It May Concern:Sorry this has taken so long to respond but we have been working with Car_Part.com on this problemWe were thinking this was a [redacted] issue at firstAfter speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] over there, they have determined one of the vehicles is what they call a grey market carMeaning it was made overseas and shipped to the United States.We have decided to go ahead and refund the price of the bumper ($240.00) back to Mr [redacted] We are not asking for the bumper to be returned to us[redacted] [email protected]
