I am responding to your letter dated November 4, in regard to ID # *** - *** ***
Attached you will find the following documents:">1. Disposition of Security Deposit
2. Fee for Service to failure to pay rent
3. Final Utility Bill
4. Late fee provision signed by Mr.Wilcox
5. Rent Ledger for Noah Wilcox
The past due rent, final utility bill, and service fee are not disputable. The other charges are justified but I do not have pictures of the condition that the apartment was left inPast due rent Final Utility Service Fee Total:
We treat our tenants honestly, give them good service and keep our apartments in great shape. I don't believe you get complaints about us.
MrWilcox states he is willing to pay $1280.00. I will except that compromise if payment is made in full with a money order the end of November
