[redacted] sent out a man named Jake cause I called complaining my Furance keep shorting out when I turn the thermostat on cool for my central air unit.He checked everything asked me for one of my new fuses.He told me & wrote on the invoice he gave me, My circuit board is fried, it shorted out my air compressor in the unit, and I don't have ablower or heat now.He wrote I need to replace cental air unit & the circuit board in the furnace. I recieved the furnace from coulee Cap of Westby WI 2010 and explained the service they sent out an accessor to check out everything, the guy got the heat to work the blower to blow out the heat and said theres nothing wrong with the furnace circuit board it is not fried, he also said he left a burned out fuse in it so it wouldn't work if I tried, I was told the central unit does not work. I was taken advantage of ,I'm handicapped, have cepression so I started crying all day cause I diddn't have the money to fix it and I was charged 62.25 for his service call. I explained everything to [redacted] I believe he the head one, and I asked him for a refund we argued some then he said he'll mail it back to me, well It was taken out of my account when I went to my online account cause I still didn't get his check so he lied to me also. They were trying to take advantage of me by making a false bill and to make money off it. I am sooo upset.
