They sold me a car and it needed a head gasket. I have been waiting on it to be fixed since February the 20th. It has a warranty I purchased from them.
Since this was posted, the vehicle has been repaired and returned to the customer.
The sales staff was very helpful. They respected our time and were never pushy. However, the finance manager was piece of work and set out to intentionally deceive us from the start. Once the sales contract was out in front of us, he proceeded to explain every line but one "EXTRA OPTION: ETCH $299". When I inquired about that and told them I didn't want to pay for any extras since it was never discussed with us, he said it was their standard fees and that he could put the $299 into the documentation fees if we didn't want to see "ETCH" on the contract. If you know anything about this, it is a classic scam usually performed by shady dealers. Not only did he force us to pay that, the etching never actually was performed on our vehicle. He did everything he could to try and explain it other than remove it from the contract. We ended up buying the car with that option included because he basically forced us to sign it as we had already signed other documents handing over our trade in. I'm not pleased with this and I advise people to check the contract for that same line item and walk away if it's there. As long as they keep doing this, I will never buy another vehicle from them .
Not a great experience. However, general manager knows what he is doing and understands customer service. Sales person and another manager we dealt with lack professionalism. If you buy a used car take it to someone you trust and have it inspected. A manager there was condescending and very unprofessional when we had an issue after a purchase of a used car that was not cheap. We did not expect reimbursement for our issues but there was no acknowledgment of fault, concern or empathy, just blame shifting and unprofessional behavior. Customer service after purchase was very disappointing.
